Data Import
Data Import can be used to transfer information from
an the external source into your CRM instance. The
feature can be used to import leads, contacts, accounts,
products, reports, cases, etc. from CSV files. Data Import
allows users to transfer multiple records and/or update
the existing ones at once

Users
A user is a person that can log in to the CRM instance,
manage records and perform certain functions and
actions. In other words, users are the company’s
employees that have access to the CRM instance.
In EspoCRM, there are three types of users such
as administrators, regular users, and portal users.
Administrators have access to everything in the system,
and they can perform different configurations to ensure that the system functions smoothly.

LDAP Authentication
EspoCRM can be configured to accept Lightweight
Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) Authentication.
The LDAP Authentication allows the business to
configure the software to authenticate users that
are trying to log in against the organization’s LDAP
directory or the Active directory. If the authentication is
successful, a user will be logged in to EspoCRM.

Currency Rates
In EspoCRM, it is possible to use multiple currencies
for managing business transactions of a company.
Businesses can specify the list of currencies that are
used in their operations, the conversion rates for each currency, and, of course, they can designate a default currency. The default currency is the primary currency
of a company. It’s utilized to calculate the overall income of the company, forecast future revenues, create various
reports, etc.

Themes
EspoCRM supports multiple different themes (including
dark) that allow changing and modifying the system’s
interface according to the business’s preference. The
feature provides the ability to change the colors and the
overall appearance of the system interface.
In addition, the platform offers an in-built RTL theme
designed to work with languages that are written in the
right-to-left direction.

Teams
In EspoCRM, a team is a group of users that collaborate
to meet common business goals and share business
records. Teams usually represent the administrative
structure of the business, typically its departments, for
example, sales teams, support teams, marketing teams,
etc. Even though the team typically is one department
of a company, some users can be a part of multiple
teams, each of which has its own needs for sharing
data and fostering collaboration among different departments.

Roles
Roles are used to limit access for regular and portal users
to different types of records and actions within the CRM
instance. Roles can be established to control access both
for an individual user and/or for the entire team. It is
important to remember that admin users have access to
all actions, features and data stored in the system, and their access is not limited by roles.
