Activity Stream
Activity Stream represents a feed that allows checking
all the updates and changes made to the followed
records as well as sharing comments and discussing
different issues connected to those records with the
teammates in posts. The feature is available by default for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities and Cases. Users can also utilize text-formatting tools to make their posts eye-catching. It’s also possible to mention othern users while posting a comment so that a tagged person could get a notification about a post.
Follow Button
Follow Button allows users to keep up with the
updates and stay informed about all the related actions
performed with particular records. Users can follow any
Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity or Case records if
they have access to those records permitted by Roles.
The records that one creates or those that got assigned
to one are followed automatically.
